Refund policy

Lifeboost Wholesale Coffee – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 5/8/25

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to wholesale purchases made through the Lifeboost Wholesale Coffee platform operated by Lifeboost Group, Inc. It is distinct from our retail refund policy and intended solely for approved wholesale account holders.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the discounted pricing and perishable nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for wholesale orders once payment has been processed.


Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation:

Once an order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or includes incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing wholesale@lifeboostcoffee.com

  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.


Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept unauthorized returns. Any items returned without prior written approval will not be refunded or credited and may be discarded.
