Lifeboost Wholesale Coffee – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Lifeboost Wholesale Coffee website. This platform is exclusively for approved wholesale buyers. By accessing and placing an order through this site, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, which govern all wholesale transactions with Lifeboost Group INC (“Company”). These terms are distinct from our retail site and apply only to wholesale purchases.

⚠️ Important: Gift cards, discount codes, or promotional offers from Lifeboost’s retail site cannot be used on this wholesale store.

1. Eligibility & Account Setup

To place a wholesale order, you must:

  • Be an approved wholesale customer.

  • Provide a valid reseller certificate and/or EIN during account creation.

  • Use this site exclusively for business purposes. Retail customers must shop at www.lifeboostcoffee.com.

2. Minimum Order & Wholesale Pricing

  • Minimum order: 15 bags ($225 minimum).

  • Tiered pricing:

    • 15–50 bags: $15 each

    • 51–100 bags: $14 each

    • 101+ bags: $13 each

  • Orders of 300+ bags: Must be reviewed for final shipping costs via wholesale@lifeboostcoffee.com.

  • MSRP: $39.99 per bag.

  • Prices exclude shipping and may be adjusted at Company discretion.

  • U.S. shipping starts at $25, calculated at checkout.

  • International orders must be arranged through wholesale@lifeboostcoffee.com and may incur additional charges.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • All wholesale sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.

  • Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment by emailing support@lifeboostcoffee.com.

6. Use of Retail Gift Cards, Coupons & Promotions

  • Retail gift cards, discount codes, and promotional offers cannot be used on the wholesale site.

  • Wholesale pricing already reflects volume discounts and is not eligible for additional promotions.

  • If a retail gift card is applied in error, you may request a refund or use it at www.lifeboostcoffee.com.

7. Resale & Selling Restrictions

  • Products purchased wholesale may only be sold by the purchasing customer through approved, direct-to-customer channels such as:

    • Brick-and-mortar retail stores

    • Medical offices

    • Salons and spas

    • Boutique hotels or coffee shops

  • Strictly prohibited: Resale on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Alibaba, and similar platforms.

  • Violations may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

8. Tax Compliance & Reseller Requirements

  • Customers must maintain a valid reseller certificate.

  • Resellers are responsible for collecting and remitting taxes on sales to their customers.

  • Notify wholesale@lifeboostcoffee.com of any change in reseller status.

9. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

Lifeboost reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any wholesale order.

  • Delay or cancel shipment if payment is not received or terms are violated.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing wholesale, you agree to:

  • Represent Lifeboost in a professional manner.

  • Avoid misleading or unauthorized claims about products.

  • Not reverse engineer or duplicate Lifeboost products.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these terms at all times.

  • Review these Terms of Service periodically for updates.

11. Modifications

Lifeboost may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the wholesale platform implies agreement to the latest terms.
