From the hands of expert coffee farmers in Nicaragua to the charred oak bourbon barrels of a small craft distillery in the Poconos Mountains, single origin, premium coffee beans age for 30-45 days...Just long enough to infuse our signature Lifeboost low acid specialty beans with the classic bourbon flavors of slightly sweet vanilla and caramel.
The beans are then pulled out before they have a chance to mold. It truly is a meticulous process.
Roasting the premium, single origin coffee beans burns off the alcohol, leaving behind strong, but not overpowering, notes of smoky oak, rich vanilla, and subtle sweetness.
